Ham And Bean Soup |

Ingridients:
2 cup ham, diced
1 each onion, medium
1 each celery stick
1 each carrot, grated fine
1/4 cup catsup
salt and pepper to taste
hot peppers (optional) |
Preparation:
Mix ingredients in saucepan. Cover with water and cook for about 45 minutes. Then add 2 cans (16 ounces) of great northern beans, and cook for 15 minutes. |
