Guacamole Avocado Dip |
| Ingridients: 2 each avocado 2 teaspoon fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 each green onion 1/2 each fresh tomato, peel, chop fine 1 each garlic clove, crushed 2 tablespoon fine chop jalapeno, seeded 1/2 teaspoon cilantro, minced* |
Preparation: Cut avocados into halves, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash with fork, masher or hand elec. mixer on low speed briefly. Add lime juice, salt,and remaining ingreds. and stir in. If you like it hotter, add another jalapeno or two. Desireable texture should be a little chunky. Yield: 2 cups approx. |
